Our story and mission
Clean Cut Supply provides professional knife sharpening for restaurants, salons, and homeowners across the Twin Cities and the Greensboro and Piedmont Triad region. Our founder began sharpening at twelve years old in family owned restaurants in Manhattan and Long Island, learning true kitchen standards and how to care for steel the right way.
Today we use commercial grade equipment to deliver consistent, razor sharp results for every customer.
